Packing:
a price instalment is considered in our prices for sharing a part of removal fees.

Special productions will not be taken back.

Returns of goods:
can be only made after previous agreement with Messrs. SPEZIALELECTRIC.
In case of returns of goods for crediting and settlement with deliveries of goods (as no refund is possible) 25 % handling fees will be deducted or at least 25,- EUR.

Condition for credit is the return in our original packing and the unobjectionable condition.
Return shipments are only allowed free house to our address.


Our marking “for export”:
items which are marked “for export” are not permitted for use in Germany resp. Partially in the European Community.

You have to inform you by yourselves of current laws with regard to admission and use as well as sale in your country.

A return of wrong ordered items in this respect is not possible.

A sale for re-export purpose is possible.

If you place an order with us and if you don’t contradict to our order confirmation immediately, you recognise our delivery- and payment conditions including our instructions without any reservation.

Origin of our goods:
If you need a EUR.1 certificate or a certificate of origin - if an issue is possible at all – we will indicate as country of origin: European Community.

If you need a confirmation of origin from us, please inform us already when placing the order, enabling us to comment in our order confirmation.

Reserve of property:
the goods supplied remain our property until they are paid completely.


Place of performance: Ludwigsburg.
Legal domicile for both parts is Ludwigsburg.

Sales conditions for small orders:
for smallest orders other prices will be invoiced than included in our normal price-list for wholesalers. Partially the delivery- and payment conditions are changed, too.

There will be no minimum surcharge for orders exceeding 25,- € net.

For orders of less than 25,- € net, there will be a minimum surcharge of 5,- €.

Below a net order value of 10,- € we will not supply.

Packing is not invoiced.

A lump sum for dispatch of 8,50 € will be invoiced on domestic market up to a weight of
30 kgs.

All prices without VAT.

Payment normally in advance net without discount.

We are selling our products only to persons engaged in trade with relating proof.

A first order on a letterhead with all necessary details has to be sent by E-Mail or fax.

Private sale – domestic + abroad:

it is not intended normally to supply our products to private persons.

Please send us your enquiry with quantity and item number and we will check – if possible – from where you can buy the products in your area.

If this is not possible, we will supply our products exceptionally at the following conditions:

minimum order value per shipment 25,- € net (without shipping charges + VAT).
If the order value is less than 25,- € net, a minimum surcharge of 5,- € will be invoiced.

Below an order value of 10,- € net, a delivery will be not effected.

All prices on internet are without VAT, this will be invoiced additinally, at the moment 19 %.

The lump sum for shipment is for orders up to 50,- € net: 8,50 € at the moment in Germany (without surcharge for islands).

Payment: in advance net to the account indicated in the advanced invoice without any bank charges on our part.
